Parts Interchange 1971-1974 B Bodies

I'm looking for interior parts (A-pillar covers, kick panels, sail panels, headliner trim, etc.) for my 1974 Roadrunner, and, of course, I'm finding all sorts of pieces for other cars like 71-72 Chargers. These pieces look like the ones for the 73-74 Plymouths, but I wanted to see if anyone can tell me for sure if all the interior components for the 1971-74 B bodies are interchangeable.

Most fits 71-4. Kick panels, A trims, headliner and window trim fit 71-4.
71-2 had cardboard sail panel covers and 73-4 had plastic. Plymouth and Dodge do not interechange.

As stated, with some minor style differences, most interchange except sail panels.
