She is suing because she claims the design of the Porsche did not allow the occupants to exit the vehicle and died while being burned alive.

I never did see the crash pics, but if they were going that damn fast, I don't see ANY car being able to keep the occupants safe.

The crash scene. Hit a pole at over 120 mph. NO ONE could've survived this crash, no matter what they were driving.

I have been to that site.
Speculation is they were traveling at a High rate of speed.
-Undeniable

But I'm not so sure they were doing 120 mph.
Easily 80 mph

Another interesting to note:
It is a vintage "Race Only" Porsche Carrera GT.

1. The sports car has a top speed of 208 mph, a very high-revving V10 engine and more than 600 horsepower.
2. Jay Leno has one, he had his driving lessons from Porsche on Fontana's NASCAR track.
Leno said it was a very difficult car to drive.
3. The Carrera GT has no electronic stability control. That means it's unforgiving with mistakes.
4. Roger Rodas was the driver, Paul walker's very good friend, a race car driver and Philanthropist.

NOTE: Allegedly the car had very old ORIGINAL tires.



