Will a (front) left side door pillar from a 67 coronet work on a 69 b body charger. I have measured where the door bolt position seem to be the same. My 69 pillar is rusted out on the bottom at rocker. Any insight would be greatly appreciated..

Short answer is yes you can replace the bottom section .
If you cut the A pillar loose from the cowl on a hard top unibody the car will jump , lots of tension at that joint. Leave that tied together
If you have a wire welder and the lower section of the hinge pillar in good shape.
Me I would mount that repair piece to the door after its cut to size, set you door in the opening and shim , clamp into place after gaps and hinge joints are all correct and in place, original top hinge pin installed also.
Fender off , tac weld that pillar piece into place,
Dbl check all gaps and door swing then weld it in.
If you can do your repair below the bottom hinge all the better.
