I don't think the input shaft diameters were different, just a different spline count. You just looking for the oilite type bearing, or the later needlebearing?
I have checked with the local dealer, Napa, Autozone and Checker. All say discontinued or not available. I did find them at Brewer's. There are four different sizes, wether you want a bearing or bushing. Thanks for the replies and help.
The only one I'm aware of is a thin wall bronze oil-lite bushing. The 23 and 18 spline trans have the same pilot diameter. Try Passon http://www.passonperformance.com/
