So,
I am rebuilding a 66 charger and going to add front disc brakes.
I am going to have to move and would like to finish the front disc brakes and block off/ cap the rear brake line after the proportioning valve, and use the fronts only for getting it on and off a trailer and into storage.
Is there any possibility of damaging the new master cylinder plunger/piston by blocking the rear line ?
Thanks

No, is the short answer. All it will do is give you a full petal. Actually your brake feel comes from the rear.

Not a problem.
