Don't know how to start a poll so I'll just ask. Summit or Jegs for parts. Not so much price but service

Service is great with either of them, but shipping is far faster to me from Summit.

Just my 2 cents, but I just had an awesome experience with Summit's folks - twice. They went way above and beyond to make the deal happen for me quickly for my cam/lifter order. Quickly was important, as I had to get the job done last weekend before trip #bazillion to the hospital.
I had communication with them both by online live chat and by phone and they were simply awesome. They've got a new customer for sure now. :)

Jegs. Some of the policies/people who make decisions at Summit are really stupid. They lost my business forever.

Summit for me since they have a number of shipping options. Jegs declined my business because they would only ship FedEx and would not budge on other less expensive options. Couriers are typically robbers when it comes to costs for shipping across the border.
That said, Summit has now teamed up with Fed Ex to provide an excellent (and cheaper) fixed price shipping option.

Summit Racing for me!

It arrives at my So Cal house within 2 days! (Shipped from Reno, Sparks Nevada)
Jegs arrives 7 to 10 days truck freight from Ohio.

Summit for sure. I've ordered from both but find Summit a bit cheaper. Summit is top notch in customer service.

I have always been a Summit fan, spent $6k with them last year but this year I had a round with them on a replacement master cylinder and brake booster that I paid someone to put on and it wouldn't work after their tech said it would. Summit refunded the money but I was still out the labor cost of putting it on and taking it off.

Summit may be somewhat cheaper on parts but their tech is questionable in my mind. Jegs technical has never let me down and what they advertise is always described well unlike Summit.

Both are great, I like jegs because I usually get my stuff next day from them, also I recently got a set of Mopar running boards for my Durango from jegs and they price matched a small company I found that supposedly had them for $170 less than everyone else, no questions asked I got them in two days.

I have a Summit account and have had no issues - fast service and easy to deal with. Jegs refused to deal with an overseas buyer when I last tried, so I cannot vouch for their service. I did however buy from Jegs through a friend in the States, and the part was fine.

I also have a Summit account. I have placed several orders online and over the phone, with stellar Service. My orders have all been shipped from Ohio with no issues. I have also dealt swith Amazon.com as well with great service. I have not tried Jegs yet, but I amy in the future.

Price - both will match prices

Shipping - Summit is closer and delivers sooner, both will match shipping cost, usually free

Tech advice - depends on the order taker, so I would say both

Warranty - Summit gives you 90 days to return parts, Jegs gives you a year, used to be three years.
