I am away from my car so I can't double check but I presume my 67 is Positively charged as normal? I had never heard of a negative charged vehicle until the guy fixing my console clock asked yesterday, he said that some cars from that era had the positive from the battery going to ground.

I don't know for sure about your car, or any older MoPars, but there were some vehicle manufacturers who opted for Positive to Ground wiring systems.

Positive grounded vehicles changed to negative ground pretty much before the mid fifties.
