Power steering box identification help and rebuild

I got this power steering box for free the other day and I was hoping I could get some help decoding the numbers. I have a 69 Roadrunner I’m building and would like to send the box out for a rebuild and throw it in. Just want to make sure it will work for my car.

Steer and gear.
They can either rebuild it or exchange for a rebuilt unit with you choice of firmness.
