Rebuilt TRW PS pump from a 69 Coroent 440 318 car. Not sure where the brackets came from. I suspect the same.

The PS pulley is about an 1" too forward to align with the other pulleys.
What are my choices?
TRW PS pump 1.jpgTRW PS pump 2.jpgTRW PS pump 3.jpg1) Add a 2 groove pulley to the water pump?
2) Add a 2 grove pulley to the crank?
3) Is the PS pump pulley wrong?
4) I thought these were small block PS mounting brackets but they sure do fit right.

I'm wondering if these ARE small block brackets and big block brackets would offset the pump closer to the motor, causing pulley alignment?

Thoughts?

I have no clue why, every time I upload pictures, FBBO uploader rotates them and screw up the orientation.

2 groove pulley on the crank should fix you up...
and yeah, looking at those pics gives me vertigo.
LOL

So I need a 6.5 diameter and 3 1/8" deep 2 groove. All 6 bolts appear to be symmetrical. I didn't see anything off set.

This is what is on my 68 RR and i don`t think they changes that much and yes that bottom crank pulley will only go on one way so make sure you mark the pulley bolt pattern when you take the old one off.1968 Yellow Roadrunner 194.jpg

So many different pumps, so many different brackets, so many different hoses.....I've been there! Still searching for my right combination.

I found the correct pulley. BUT - Spoke to a guy today... he made a very good point instead of chasing our own tails.
"Put on the original part number crank pulley water pump pulley and any other pulley and it will all work out. It's when you start mix and matching you will drive yourself nuts" Valid points. Thanks DON!

Does anyone know where to get OEM (Mopar PS hoses for TRW pump) and Mopar Alt and PS Belts? 69 Big block Coronet

I've been going through it on my 67 318... the crank pulley is the rubber balancer kind and I have a bunch of pulleys and spacers etc.. 1/2 poly 1/2 LA... from factory on an A/C car.... powermaster alternator.... power steering line out the back doesn't clear the edelbrock heads.... I wouldn't have it any other way... I honestly enjoy the challenge....
