Hey guys! Just wanted to say hello. New to the forum and learning my way around. My family owned a Chrysler dealership in Augusta, GA from 1950 through the early 90's, so I get it honest. My father and I are restoring a 69 Roadrunner 383 auto, all original and #'s matching. Something kind of neat - we searched for a car like this for years and ended up finding this one in Augusta. Pulled the motor to rebuild and the cast date on the block is the same day and month as his birthday! Guess was meant to be...

Welcome. I'll second that. Need pics of your car.

welcome to FBBO cool story,
it's destiny !!

Will post pics soon! Promise! The paint is partially stripped and we are getting her ready for the blast booth, but will do my best!

hi and welcome to the site :headbang:

Welcome.
I worked for a very big Dodge dealer in 78-79 in parts and it makes me sad to think all that sheet metal, all those parts got sent back to Mopar eventually.
On my lunch break, I would go upstairs and rumage through the drawers of the little emblems and parts. Roadrunner heads for the grill and Super Bee fender emblems.
Ahhhh!
Yeah, lets see some pics!
