I saw that and thank you for the link. But was questioning why Facebook Marketplace links don't work.

They do..if you have facebook and let it open in same. I copied the facebook link, put it in a browser and immediately opened the marketplace advert and the seller was smart enough to be a registered company user and has their webpage link in their ID.
