Promax six pack jet plate- look right?

For those running the Promax Six Pack secondary jet plates, does this look right, is the gasket supposed to be closed behind the jets? Or does the jet well go up in front of gasket? I’m guessing it’s right since the car doesn’t super lean out when getting on it, just seems weird to me.

Also checked Promax website photos and gasket looks correct. Jet well must go up then……

I'm pretty sure those holes where the jets screw in shouldn't have ANY thing obstructing them
