I have to replace the back of the car aside from the frame. Wheelhouses are shot. I bought amd 3” extended inners. How can I get the trunk pan centered without the wheelhouses to clamp to? Or do I need to buy a $300 set of wheelhouses to temporarily weld in and tack the trunk in? I notice the trunk hangs back over the rear crossmember, but I’m unsure of the measurement

Measure the distance across the upper rear seat panel n find the centre n do the same on the rear cross member, measure from inside of rear rails to find this distance.Than measure the trunk pan rear n forward to find centre n line these marks up with one previous mention n it will be very close if not rite on
