PST poly torsion bar seal help

Anyone have tips for installing the PST polygraphite torsion bar seals? The opening is considerably smaller than the bar end.

I remember reading a post over on a bodies that stated heating them up in hot water to soften them up and grease the bar and inside the seal and install

I just put some on last week. Put them in a bowl of water and heat them up in the microwave, they need to be good and hot. Be sure you put grease on the end of the bar. It will take a bit of effort, but they will go over the end of the bar.
