Pulleys. Are small block and big block different?

Are crank and water pump pulleys are the same on big block and small block cars?

I "think" the crank pulleys are the same SB/BB except that in '72 they changed from a 1-bolt offset to symmetrical pattern. I have no idea about the water pump pulleys.
