I have a few quarter extensions for a 69 Coronet that have broken studs. Is it commonplace to cut the old ones flush and drill out for another stud? I dont see that anyone reproduces these yet.

used only.
not any help but
my fix was to search for a long time and pay a lot for a good pair.
i'm sure someone has done some kind of repair with sucess
like you said or maybe something with a epoxy
as finding good ones is not a easy task..
