Question: '69 Hemi Roadrunner in SoCal - any information?

I received a call today from a gentleman in South Carolina asking about a '69 Hemi Roadrunner currently in SoCal.
Does anyone here know of this car and can vouch for originality and condition?

I followed this one a while back when I first started looking for a Hemi car. For starters, it was not originally F6 green, was a factory medium green. It was a legit J code, but if I recall correctly, it did not have the born with engine. First saw it on a youtube video, owner at the time said he had purchased it for an investment to pay for son's college, then kid got a scholarship, so car was for sale. I was window shopping at the time, trying to gain knowledge of the market for when I bought my Hemi GTX about a decade later.
