Question on Throttle Cable Bracket

Anyone on the site have a 68 - 70 B Body with a 440, and cruise control? I am trying to identify a bracket that I have and believe that is its application.

I am going through my remaining stash of Mopar parts, and had this squirreled away in a box. I believe it is for a 440 with cruise control because I am still restoring a Charger that originally had CC, (now replaced by a six pack setup) and there are 2 separate parts of the same assembly that are meant to hold/clamp down on a throttle cable. Looking for someone to confirm this.

Was thinking it was with the two cable clamps but it's been so long since seeing cruise on a B or an E car. My 70 Challenger RT had cruise but man, last time I saw that car was 84!
