Questionable eBay vendor

hi all.anyone out there that has bought,or is thinking of buying from a vendor on ebay that goes by WINDY CITY MUSCLE CARS, B E W A R E !!!
this is by far the worst seller that i have come across.bought and paid for a new part.part came in damaged and no response from the seller.been over 2 weeks now and have a claim in with paypal as ebay would not help!!
 
I always look at vendor rating, 115 negative reviews ding ding warning bell. To bad sounds like your stuck.

Did you wait too long with eBay? They are usually on the side of buyers, but they have rules that can trip us up. PP is like your credit card and in the end you can go to the credit card company if PayPal fails you.

WCMC averages more than 10 sales per day, and the majority of their negatives are probably because of that number. Poor communication, slow shipping, did not get the part. They have 128,000 parts for sale... I can't imagine the logistics. From the negatives and neutrals, I suspect they are drop shipping a lot of it if not all.
 
I was shocked at the way ebay responded.i did everything right and they kept pushing back the date for the seller to respond.then as soon as I contacted paypal,ebay closed the case

Go to your bank and tell them it was a fraudulent transaction, as you paid in good faith and never received your item.

EDIT: Make sure you do this within 42 days of the transaction - at least that's the timeline here in NZ.
