Can anyone help identifying the radiator I have. 2898054. Does have the Chrysler logo. It actually has worked well so far.

I searched here at FBBO, nothing. I searched the web and found several lists but they all skip over the number that is on my radiator. Just looking to see what it is actually supposed to go to.

Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!
Rob

Checked in my Galen white book, and that # is not there either. Are you positive you copied the #'s down correctly?

I know strange isn't it? Here's a pic I just took..
Thank you for looking!

I would give Bob at Glen Ray a call. He is the most knowledgeable person on Mopar radiators that I know.

One digit off was common, and is likely 68' C body.

Comes close in several location but not quite there. Thanks all. Looks like small block radiator. I'll make the call to bob first of the week. Ran great with 383 kept temp down no issues but with a stroker??? We'll probably just get a better one.. Again thanks!

The 383 outlets are bigger than a 318. so It must be for a big block, if it fit.

Monaco, that is one of the issues.. The hoses are for the 383 but the lower attachment is smaller and leaks from time to time. I was planning in finding a smaller diameter hose but have been thinking that will not allow enough flow more than likely heating things up!

Sounds right, you need a big block radiator. The two are Incompatible. PM me if you need the correct one.
