Radio thumbwheel knobs and surround replacements?

Just wondering if anyone re-pops these? Been looking and want to replace mine. The
AM radio works fine, just pitted and discolored. Thanks!

No, like I said, I'm looking for the thumbwheel knobs and the piece that surrounds them.
Four knobs and two end pieces that are in the picture. Just want to tidy things up. seems
like if it's made of pot metal, it even corrodes if it's in the house for forty years!
