I bought a Rally gauge for my 68 bee years ago to install. With life changes (divorce)and yes I still have the car it never was installed or tested.

AS I was told the gauges in there now do not work as the circuit board is bad. Is there anything I should do before installing this new to me unit. Can I test anything before? If so how would I go about that. I still have to install all of the lights on the car so the only light that I know works it the overhead light. Should I get all that back together before installing the new gauges or does that matter. Thanks Jim
