I am building a 512 stroker; 440, solid cam, 4340 crank, rods, JE pistons, ; question is do I go back with the Weiand intake and vacuum carbs that have been upgrade with promax parts and all completely rebuilt. I am told, to go with a single plane and a 4 barrel for more HP. Any thoughts?

i doubt a single plane/4bbl combo will make more power than the tunnel ram combo.

it might take some work to get dialed in but i think the weiand will kick *** (if your not going to max wedge port). i believe there are some distribution dams that need to be added. details should be in the mopar book.
