Does anyone have pics of the area between the grille and the radiator ? I have the service manual but I did not find any drawings useful. Specifically the side areas. I am wondering what forces the air through the radiator versus bypassing the radiator. Air will take the least path of resistance. The previous owner cut holes everywhere to eliminate weight. 1/4 mile racer. I am wondering if there is a sheetmetal panel on either side of the radiator between the grille and radiator frame.
Also, was there sheetmetal on top ? I have seen some with and without. I found a rock guard for the bottom of the radiator.

Hi Phil from CC TX, I have a 68 RR will photos help? I can send some of the areas you need. also have the rock guard for the bottom, not installed yet, just got the bumper on, after I get it started and no leaks I will install, let me kow about the photos, need e-mail. Phil

Like these? Radiator support panels go all the way to the inner fenders. Dont know why they came up sideways and don't how to fix em.....
