Rear defog option code

I'm getting a fender tag made for my 68 Charger to replace the lost tag. I'm being told that the option code N8 for rear wnd. defog is sometimes missing from the tag. Is this a correct statement?

Here is my '68 Coronet. Yes N8 is the defroster code.

Different plant code differently. Your car is from the Lynch Road plant. His Charger is from Hamtramck or St. Louis. What applies to your tag may not apply to his.

My 70 Charger has the rear defogger never checked to see what code it was on the tag.
