rear disc brakes

anybody out there know what disc brake conversion for rear will work with 15" rims? it wold be placed on a dana. any info would be helpful. thanks in advance.

Contact Jeff at Checkered Racing in Bedford, In. He sells a weld-on kit that uses GM calipers and comes with 5x4.5 rotors. He sells to a lot of dirt racers.

i used the wilwood kit with the 12.19 rotors and it fit aftermarket 15" wheels no problem. that was on an 8 3/4
