Rear Seat Belt Orientation?

Before I tighten down the outboard rear seat for the last time, I thought I had better ask if the correct angle is like 45 degrees forward, or maybe straight up, or how? Thank you.

Should be steeper, like 60 degrees, the metal clasp should be just above that contour on the lower panel! Your rear seat contour on the top should move in slightly on the edge toward the back on each side to allow the seatbelt clearance.
