Rear window defroster?

Id like to run a stock style rear window defroster in my 68 charger but dont want to have the speaker hole used for the motor.

Both sides have speakers

Are there any options?

68 did not use both holes for speakers. Later models did and as I believe there was a box type unit that allowed the speaker to mount to it and still draw air. Look at later A,B,E,and C bodies when they had 4 speaker stereo and before the grid type heater. A loaded Imperial or NewYorker might be a good source.
