That's darn good for both you and the car at the line. Congrats.
If he moves the drivers seat just a four or five inches back towards the rear seat it could affect the weight distribution in a good way. Thing is, he would have to make an extension for the throttle and brake pedals. LOL.Wow. Looks like you were sitting in the back seat.
Thanks l don't have a hemi, just a 225 each side. Does have a Dana with 4.56 and spool. Not sure I can add preload using Caltracs to change weight. Do you know? Thanks. RickNice weight. That's about 200lbs lighter than mine in the front and about 75 lbs heavier in the rear. And thats with me at 200lbs. You may not need it yet. But shift some weight to the right rear with preload. I'm assuming no Dana and no mega block. Still very light how about some picks of the interior and under the hood?

Pictures of the Belvedere. Best so far 10.02 at 132 mph. Had put carpet in, passenger seat in. Just added the wheelie bars on so we were checking how much weight was added. I have never set up car before. Not sure on pitch and rotation. Any help will be much appreciated. Thanks RickThanks l don't have a hemi, just a 225 each side. Does have a Dana with 4.56 and spool. The more weight you can get towards the middle of the car the better as it helps with pitch rotation.....and it if pitch rotation is too much, you can always move weight out towards the end of the car......Pictures of the Belvedere. Thanks Not sure what I could move other than adding weight behind the passenger seat I could add weight in the back just not sure how much. You can add preload to the Calt rack bar on the side that is light. If the car goes straight don't worry about it. But when you add power if the right rear is light it will drive to the right. Thanks l don't have a hemi, just a 225 each side. Does have a Dana with 4.56 and spool. Thanks for the information. As I said before this is my first timetrying to set a chassis up. For future reference when the car is on the scales we are trying to get the weight as close to equal with driver's weight side to side? You can add preload to the Calt rack bar on the side that is light. That will put you in the ball park. Really fast stuff (way quicker than mine) can actually use heavier LR weight. Thanks for the information.
