has anybody used the scarebird brake set up? i was reading a car feature in mopar action mag and somebody used scarebird brakes. so i got online to see what the heck it was cuz never heard of them and looks like a good set up for disc brakes, well i ordrered it just wanted to know if anybody has heard or used it.

yes i have them on a 68 charger , i bought mine back in 2004 they were a little differant then . i had to use the hubs from my drums in front . this was how they were made . now they have a one peice rotor right ? after i got mine straitend out they work ok but if i had to do it over i would go with AR bracket kit to mount the 11.75 cordoba rotors and willwood dynalite brakes for better stopping power . the scarebirds are only a slight step above drums imo as far as stopping power .

well after a lot of thinkin and pondering and goin nuts i just decided to go with master power brakes, ive heard a lot of good things about them so now i got all this scarebird stuff but some parts i can use later down the road
