Science lesson

Nice, the distillation process is based on the theory of boiling point temperature. Ethanol suspended in water has a boiling point of 172F. Water, as we all know, has a boiling point of 212F. The temperature differential between the two liquids allows for distillation. Once the distillation device pictured above, reaches 172F the ethanol turn to a vapor. This vapor makes it's way through various components of the distillation device, thumper and condenser. Once the ethanol vapor reaches the condenser the real magic happens. This vapor is converted back to a wonderful liquid known as moonshine. Enjoy! 440'
