Shifter boot

I need a shifter boot for my 67 GTX console 4 speed inland shifter. Having trouble finding such a piece. Any direction would be appreciated.

I think there is an upper and a lower boot for the inland. I know they are hard to find, because the hole has to be larger than the Hurst boots. I bought one for a non-console, but I have not installed it yet. I have a feeling that it has the smaller hole diameter. I may have to trim the hole to fit.
I would start with Brewers. They are the 4 speed experts.
