He's also got a seriously dry sense of humor - which you could almost understand
if you knew his background and story.

Some people have no sense of adventure. I am sure he's not advocating drive by shooting or shooting from a vehicle. It looks like he's just showing off; his cars and shooting skills. And, he demonstrates how difficult is is to hit the target, even for a professional shooter.

You guys should really lighten up and chill out. Maybe stop reading the political forum for a while and spend time with your friends, read a book, mow the lawn, or whatever relaxes you.

I don't read the political forum. There are crazy people out there who would take this video to the extreme. I suppose you're okay with videos that show how to make a bomb on youtube? I mean it's all just good wholesome fun right? Until it isn't.

I would consider this an informational video, that would be valuable to consider from the standpoint of both the shooter and the target.

I'm sure the implications are obvious in our current times.

He has other videos featuring the RR and some of his other cars. I can't say what his motivation for the drive by shooting video is but it was entertaining to watch.
