I know u can use a 4-pin ICM on a 5-pin plug but on a 2 pin Resistor, how do u hook up the connectors that has dual connectors? Or should I just use the dual ballast resistor?

You need the dual ballast resistor.

Four or five I think. I believe the missing pin was just a ground pin, but would have to confirm that. I used 4-pin ECU and dual ballast on my 74 charger a long long time ago....

5 pins modules are matched with dual ballast

4 pins modules are matched with single ballast

4 pins modules will work perfect with duall ballast ( stock wiring ) but backwards could not work or work incorrectly.

the secondary resistance on dual ballast feeds the 5th pin ( green wire traced red ). So dual ballast on 4 pins module just will make this wire coming for secondary resistance going nowhere. Nothing wrong with that

4 pins modules simply got the secondary resistance internally, so thats why no need for the 5th pin anymore hence neither a dual ballast
