Hello all...

My project for the past ten years ($$ shortage!) has been a 1965 Plymouth Belvedere II with a built Poly 318. I'm close to getting it and the new trans installed... finally!

It's a late Poly, .060 over, ported/polished heads, TTI Headers, Weiand Dual quad intake with mild cam. The 727 trans is a built unit from a 70's E body with a low gear set and shift kit, with semi-manual shift (D is normal, L1 and L2 are fixed - if that makes sense) and a 2800 stall torque converter and a 323 Sure Grip.

If anyone has suggestions.. please feel free.

Builtpoly318 sounds like a cool ride, welcome to FBBO.

yuummm, buttered popcorn...only way to go

LOVE the engine...just wow!

Thanks... those popcorn and Eggo boxes make great parts boxes! My best friend borrowed my engine leveler for his hoist and gave it back to me in a "Pull-Ups" box (his son is 3). Fit perfectly!

welcome nice ride sweet poly.
