I joined two years ago or so with a '70 charger, hence the 70chargerman username. Well that car is gone and I now have a blue '69 GTX! It's a real RS23L9A car, drag raced in Texas a while back, than restored in Amarillo about 10 years ago! It's an original B5 blue car with black vinyl top and blue interior. Original floor shift, air grabber, 3 speed wiper, manual steering and brakes and white hood stripes! The car is fun! It has a built 440, manual valve body, Holley electric fuel pump, adjustable pinion snubber, And drive shaft safety loop. The motor has 91/2:1 TRW forged pistons, 906 heads, erson adjustable rockers, chrome moly pushrods, retainers and keepers, the heads were milled .050, the came has 500 lift, 280 duration all topped by a Holley 850! I put an aluminum radiator in, stock Mopar aluminum clutch fan, stock valve covers, Oval aircleaner on the four barrel! Goes in Friday to fix a rear axel leak, new rear brakes, whole new exhaust, headers to tips! All 3 inch stainless, with cutouts, X pipe, and dynomax mufflers. I've done 5 shows and walked away with one 1st, three 2nds, one 3rd. Oh and I'm only 16! Mopars are my passion, you can never have two much Mopar in your life!!:headbang:
