Speedometer removal - help

What’s the best way to remove the speedometer on a 68 Charger? I figure I have to pull the dash out towards the steering wheel. I have the screws out but the dash bezel and lens seem to be attached to the cluster housing. I was hoping they would come out and I could pull the speedometer without pulling the cluster.
The needle is buried at full speed and doesn’t move but the odometer still runs. Will I have to put in a new speedometer?

Standard dash or Ralley? You have to remove the cluster from the dash because the speedometer comes out the front but there are 2 screws on either side of the speedo cable hookup.. This would be a standard dash I'm talking about. You can probably see what you need to see in this video.
