i have a 67 satellite that i am looking to put on 2inch drop spindles on,,,,rite now i have the stock spindles on and when i have it aligned i wrench on the torsion bars 2inches to give the car a little rake look,,,,,would the 2inch drop spindles give me the look i want without having to mess with the other parts of the suspension.

67 Satellite, the answer to your question is, yes.

The intent of the dropped spindles is to allow you to run the car 2" lower while retaining the original settings with your torsion bars (lower, without losing original torsional stiffness).

Front end alignments will be no different, assuming the spindle is of good quality.
