Had rust on the rear quarter pannel so we took the rear bumper off and unplugged the lights and now my car wont turn over. any ideas on what i fried or which fuse i need to fix

This shouldn't be related.
Is the battery charged and has good clean connections?

Yes it has 12 volts everything else works but nothing its even trying to turj over

Make sure its fully into park. Pull it out of park and run it back into park. Nss might be the issue.

Start with something simple. Stick a screw driver between the starter relay studs and see if it cranks.

Should of gone into more detail, but the signals work everything works but the starter, we put it into drive then into park and it still wont turn over, no madder how much we turn the keys it wont even maketry to turn over, we get nothing un response, with that being said, what could be issues? She ran perfectly fine 24 hours ago so i have no clue what went wrong

No where did I say pull the starter. I said jump the starter solenoid studs (at the firewall). Make sure it's in park and stick a screw driver between the battery power stud and the small wire to the starter itself. It should crank or at least click the starter bendix solenoid at least if the battery is low.

Wayne no you said start simple then go from there. I said pull the start and posted a thread .

I've told you twice already... guess you've got me on ignore.. lol
We cant pull the starter out, becuase we cant get to it. The guy who we bought the car from has massive headers on and we cant get under the car becuase we cant jack it up

Nowhere did I tell you to pull a starter out!

Jump the stud that comes from the battery to the wire the heads down to the starter.
