This wraps around the steering column in the crumple zone. Still in one piece, not split. Has a spot where wiring melted into it but won’t be visible when installed. I also have a 2nd one that has no blemishes on it. Same price for each. $25 shipped in lower 48 or canada. Located on east coast of Canada.
