Generally speaking can i put my steering column in first and then the dash or should the dash go in first? Thanks

From my experience, to install or remove a dash, the steering column, at minimum, needs to be lowered. Therefore I would say to put the dash in first.

Dash. I guess it would make sense to put the heater unit in first. The wipers are in. But thank you guys i appreciate it.
