Hi how can i remove this wheel? Do i need a puller? Thanks

You just need a basic steering wheel puller and 3 bolts to screw into the wheel itself. Cant remember what size they are off hand.
 
Take the 3 screws out of the horn contact ring to remove it and then it will be obvious.
