I have found a real 71 knob with the set screw is really hard to find
i have had a few 71 clusters go thru my hands with the later knob on it
so i'm not sure that they came on all 71's
i have only come across 1 of them in my time
you might be able to pry a 72 up/maybe came on 71??? knob from me
but it won't be cheap,any of these knobs are hard to find any more and
i'm not inclined to sell mine because i have many dashes i need to build
