I've heard of but, never seen. Is it possible to put the old Cougar style turn signals in the 66-67 Chargers? The way they blink.

I have seen them. I would think you could use a conversion kit for a 99-04 mustang.

Back when I had my 66, the solid state module used in either the Thunderbird or Cougar from the late sixties was the popular way to go. I remember seeing this done at the Car Craft Street Machine Nationals in Indy (prolly 1980, 81). Looks cool, but I lost track of the wiring diagram years ago.
I bought a sequencing module for my friend's SN95 Mustang a couple years back from a Mustang catalog house. Only drawback is it sequences the lights every time they come on, brake or turn signal. Not a big deal, but that could be easily modified to the Charger. They also offered a special solid state flasher control to slow down the sequence speed so it looked right.
I would also think a new custom control module could be made without much trouble. I've thought about making one many times, but I never felt there was enough market to cover the development costs.
