I finished my "70 Challenger (Pictures in profile) and I found a "74 Charger SE 100% original been sitting for about 30 years. It has all moldings and sheet metal appears solid but with a few dents, The only thing I know for sure that it needs, is sheet metal work , vinyl top and head liner, it is supposed to run. My Challenger was pretty much in the same condition as it was a driver when I got it but took 30K to make it nice. Is it worth a 10-20K investment. I admit my first new car was a '74 Charger SE. My biggest concern is the shipping, nearly 3000 miles. So shipping and price of the car might make it unreasonable to purchase. So what is every one thinking on this. Go or no go. Thanks in advance.

I think you will find a project closer. Just be patient, until spring. My 71 Charger project is stalled out. I go back and forth about selling it. PM me or not. I can't decide what to do.

I know where there's a 74 s.e. right here in fl just got to remember how to get there .got any pictures or information on the car? Maybe we can help send a member that lives close out to look it over for you ,by the way where do you live?

Bb is right. I've seen several 73-74 Charger projects come up for sale here in FL and GA in recent months. They tend to come in waves.

I live in Port Charlotte, SW Fl. area. I looked on Flea Bay but there didn't seem to have many used parts available for 71-74 Chargers, that is why I would want one pretty complete.
