Hey Guys and Gals. I was wondering if any of you have had any dealings with "Thoma's Mopar Garage and Parts" from FB Marketplace out of Colorado Springs, CO. Just wondering if they're legit. TIF

That’s just another scam page, similar to many others on Facebook. It’s pretty easy to spot; the pictures have different backgrounds in each one, plus there’s no contact information, reviews, or comments from people on their page. Always remember to thoroughly vet the process and never send money except for goods and services through PayPal. Stay away from Zelle, Cash App, Venmo, and similar services unless you know the person personally.

I answered a wanted ad here. Guy seems legit, many post and asking questions about the same car for a couple months. I sent photos and description. Talking on the phone, He wanted to buy I told him my accepted methods of payment, all non electronic. Got down to the point he wanted me to open a Zelle account to be paid.

Sorry Charlie, no deal, I'm not opening any account. So he started on the name calling and insults. LOL what a guy!

I would be careful with this one.

No address or phone, no friends, only been on fb 1 month

Yep Zelle is a 1 way deal, only use for people you trust.
