Are all thumb wheel radios the same? Meaning can any one of them fit in any thumb wheel radio car?

No, they are different. Not sure about width/dimensions but there are differences near those 2 black screws in front. If you look at others, there are two alignment pins near around those black screws.

Very different mounting bolt holes and face angles. Dozens of radios and shapes.
Came in A B C E bodies from 1967-1972 ish.
