Strictly from crusty memory, I believe not. Do not recall any in the 71-74 rally inst panel. Methinks it was 68-70 only.

Tick-Tock-Tach was not available on the 1974 Road Runner, nor any 1971-1974 Road Runner.

From 1974 Sales Data:

The tach or clock occupied the same position in the dash, so both not available together, nor as a combination.

Although it might be made to fit with enough physical modification, it's not a "bolt-in". Electrically they are the same. The earlier tach is more heavily built too.
