Time for rear brakes

It’s time for rear brakes on my 70 Road Runner. I’m going to replace shoes, hardware and wheel cylinders. machine the drums.anything special for the shoes? Parts store shoes ok or should I step up for the Muscle car Carbon matrix brakes shoes. My car is street driver not a racer. Thanks

The rear brakes only do about 10% of the braking, I wouldn't get to aggressive in the rear without upgrading the front brakes.
