Torque Specs for Flywheel bolts and Preasure Plate Bolts for 440

Gentleman, was wondering if anyone could give the torque rating specs for the flywheel bolts and the preasure plate bolts for a 68 Plymouth GTX with a 440?

Or could you tell me where to find them at?

The flywheel bolts are 55 ft/lb, and the pressure plate bolts are: 30 ft/lb (3/8") or 200 in/lb (5/16")
